Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return Policy
All products listed on our website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once delivered, except in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Product received in damaged condition
- Missing item(s) in the order
To be eligible for review in such cases, customers must provide a clear and complete unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- Shipping label details
- The unpacking process
- The issue with the product received
